Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Mother Baby RN for a 12hr night shift assignment in Georgia. Requires recent couplet care experience, NRP and AHA BLS certifications, and active RN license (GA or Compact).

The role includes 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a, Mon-Sun with weekend rotation), a 3-shift week, and postpartum couplet care for mothers and newborns. Housing, travel reimbursements, and per diem may be offered. Outside a 50-mile radius required to be considered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (GA or Compact)
• Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Mother Baby/postpartum couplet care
• IV start experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Family Centered Care unit providing postpartum couplet care in a Mother Baby setting
• 12hr night shift schedule, Mon-Sun 7p-7a with weekend rotation
• 3 shifts per week
• Provide postpartum couplet care to mothers and newborns
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
• Returning staff who previously worked permanently at the facility must have a 2-year break before returning as travelers
• Holiday coverage required: 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer acceptance
