American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an RN for a Cardiac/Telemetry Med-Surg unit on night shift in Ohio. Requires 3+ years telemetry experience, OH nurse license, BLS/ACLS, and Epic proficiency.

Position features 36 hours weekly with night shifts and every other weekend. Epic competency must be demonstrated on day one, with telemetry reading emphasized throughout rotation. Opportunity to work on 4 South Cardiac unit with occasional cross-coverage to other Med-Surg areas.

Qualifications

• Active OH or compact RN license required.
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• Minimum 3 years of telemetry and/or stepdown experience; hospital setting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily on the 4 South Cardiac unit within a hospital setting.
• Occasional floating to other Med-Surg areas including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.
• Night shift schedule (7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) for 36 hours per week.
• Every other weekend required.
• No on-call requirements.
• Uses Epic EMR and will complete telemetry competency assessment on day one.

• Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience required
• Hospital experience required
• Current Epic EMR proficiency required and must be clearly documented at time of consideration
• Must be proficient in reading telemetry

Responsibilities

• Work primarily on the 4 South Cardiac unit within a hospital setting
• Occasional floating to other Med-Surg areas including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders
• Night shift schedule (7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) for 36 hours per week
