American Traveler is seeking an RN for an Oncology Infusion Clinic in Oklahoma. Requires OK or compact RN license, BLS, and ONS/ONCC chemotherapy immunotherapy certificates. At least 1 year of nursing experience and an Associate's degree are required, BSN preferred.

Outpatient clinic with day shifts, 10-hour days, Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, no weekends/holidays. Travel-friendly with housing allowances and licensure reimbursements.

Formación

• Active RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or current multistate compact RN license (eNLC)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration certificate
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred

Responsabilidades

• Work in an outpatient oncology infusion clinic setting
• Adult oncology patient population receiving chemotherapy and infusion treatments
• Day shift: 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week, Mon-Fri 7am-5pm
• No weekends or holidays
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other medications as ordered by physician
• Initiate, regulate, and monitor IV infusions and blood products
• Assist physicians with conscious sedation and minor diagnostic procedures
• Educate patients and families about chemotherapy and side effects
• Document patient responses and communicate changes in orders
• Coordinate follow-up care including referrals and post-visit calls
• Delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius of facility for eligibility
• Credentialing and compliance deadlines with no start date changes
• 30-day written notice for early assignment cancellation
• Extensions limited to one-time for 26 weeks with 6-month separation before reapplying

• Initiate, regulate, and monitor IV infusions and blood products
• Assist physicians with conscious sedation and minor diagnostic procedures
• Provide patient and family education related to chemotherapy treatment and side effects
• Document patient responses to interventions and treatments, and communicate changes in physician orders
• Coordinate patient follow-up care, including referrals and post-visit phone calls
• Delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
• Facility maintains strict credentialing and compliance deadlines with no flexibility for start date changes
• 30-day written notice required for early assignment cancellation
• Extensions limited to one time for a total of 26 weeks, with a required 6-month separation before reapplying
