Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a Hospice position serving geriatric patients in home settings. The role requires HCHB EMR and OASIS experience, with on-call duties and a 60-mile territory radius from the Houston office.

A valid TX or compact RN license and BLS are mandatory. The schedule features Monday–Friday days (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), a 40-hour workweek, and company-provided iPad for documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospice/home health experience

• OASIS experience for SOC visits
• Proof of vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

• Hospice nursing care to geriatric patients in their homes
• Caseload of approximately 5-7 patients per day
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; 40-hour week
• On-call requirements; details discussed during interview
• Territory coverage within 60 miles of the office hub
• Provide nursing care and maintain scrubs policy
• Company-provided iPad for documentation; personal cell phone not required
• Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
• Local candidates accepted at travel rate; first-time travelers not considered
• Submit time off at application; RTO subject to on-site manager approval
