Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a RN Hospice Case Manager for a home health setting. The role requires a VA RN license or proof of a compact license, plus BLS (AHA) and hospice/home health experience.

Expect a 5x8 day schedule with no on-call, potential floating as needed, and mileage reimbursement at IRS rates. Local candidates are welcome at the same pay rate; prior travelers must observe a 6-month gap before returning.

• Prior permanent employees must have a 6-month gap before returning as a traveler.

• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating may be requested based on facility needs
• Serve as case manager coordinating hospice care for patients in the home health setting
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
• Prior permanent employees must have a 6-month gap in employment before returning as a traveler
• Keep requested time off to a minimum, ideally no full calendar weeks off and no more than 7 total days during the assignment
• All time-off requests must be submitted with initial application and confirmed prior to assignment start
