Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring CA RN licensure and prior Med/Surg floor experience.

The ideal candidate will hold an active CA RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications and have at least 2 years of Med/Surg experience, including recent clinical work. Epic EMR experience is required and must be listed in the employment history.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted CA RN license is required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association).
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience, with recent experience in the last 3 months.
• Epic EMR experience required and must be noted in employment history.
• No prior license disciplinary actions allowed.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Med/Surg Acute unit of a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule, 1900-0730, with 36 or 48-hour weekly options.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will be automatically declined.
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates with no radius restriction.
• Traveler may only be submitted to one hospital within the health system at a time.
