American Traveler, LLC. seeks an experienced RN for a Med-Surg Acute Care/Observation night shift in Colorado. The position requires a CO or Compact RN license and acute care experience, with 12-hour night shifts and weekend rotation.

Formación

• Active CO or Compact RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of Acute Care/Med-Surg or Telemetry RN experience.
• Copy of Nursys license verification required for consideration.
• Flu vaccine required October 1st through April 1st with no exemptions.

Responsabilidades

• Acute Care/Med-Surg Adult and Observation unit in a hospital setting.
• Patient population includes ortho surgical, hybrid cath lab, and acute/chronic illness cases.
• 12-hour night shifts including weekend rotation.
• Call rotation required, with one call shift per 2-week period when staffing needs arise.
• Provide nursing care to patients with critical disease states using the nursing process.

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med-Surg Acute Care/Observation night shift position requiring a CO or Compact RN license and acute care experience.

Requirements

• Active CO or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of Acute Care, Med-Surg, or Telemetry RN experience required
• Current flu vaccine required October 1st through April 1st with no exemptions
• Copy of Nursys license verification required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Acute Care/Med-Surg Adult and Observation unit in a hospital setting
• Patient population includes ortho surgical, hybrid cath lab, and acute/chronic illness cases
• 12-hour night shifts including weekend rotation
• Call rotation required, with one call shift per 2-week period in place of guaranteed hours when requested due to staffing needs
• Provide nursing care to patients with critical disease states using the nursing process to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate care
• Facility housing may be available directly through the facility, subject to availability
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
