Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a night-shift travel assignment in Oklahoma. This role requires 2+ years of Med/Surg nursing and an active RN license valid in Oklahoma, with BLS, ACLS, and PALS to be obtained within 6 months of starting.

The position runs nights 7p-7a, uses Cerner EMR, and involves no on-call duties. Housing and travel reimbursements are offered along with per diem options for this assignment.

Qualifications

• Active OK or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• PALS certification required within 6 months of start date.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience required.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg unit with 34 or 38 beds depending on floor assignment.
• Patient ratio of 6:1.
• Night shift, 7p-7a.
• Floating to different units as needed.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Uses Cerner EMR.
• Black scrubs required.
• RTO limitations apply per contract.

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a night shift travel position requiring 2+ years of experience and PALS certification.

Requirements

• Active OK or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS certification required within 6 months of start date
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg unit with 34 or 38 beds depending on floor assignment
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Night shift, 7p-7a
• Floating required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Uses Cerner EMR
• Black scrubs required
• Maximum RTO of 4 days/nights per 13-week contract and RTO requests must be less than one week
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Not eligible if previously worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
