Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week night shift assignment in Texas. Valid TX or compact RN license and Cerner EMR experience are required.

The RN will work night shifts (3x12 hours) starting at 18:45, with self-scheduling not available and a 50-mile radius residency requirement. Additional approvals may apply for some statuses.

Qualifications

• Active TX or compact RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Prevention First crisis prevention certification required (30-minute on-demand course).
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history.
• Must meet required years of experience for the Med/Surg specialty.
• Driver's license and Social Security Number (full or last 4 digits) required for consideration.
• Date of birth required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg unit on the 2nd floor of a hospital setting.
• Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts weekly (36 hours), starting at 18:45.
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not available.
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility.
• RTO requests should be kept to less than 7 days.
• Returning permanent employees or travelers to this health system require additional approval prior to consideration.
• Change of agency representation is not permitted for this client.
