Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized patient care across the continuum. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with physicians and other health professionals.

The role involves triage, patient education, and care coordination within Sanford facilities in Fargo. Must hold an RN license (state or multi-state) and meet required competencies and certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; may hold multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Maintains department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate patient care and education; triage as needed.
• Maintain standards per state Nurse Practice Act and ANA code of ethics.
