Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Care for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Act within the scope and standards of nursing practice and adhere to applicable policies.
