Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in Fargo, ND. The RN will employ the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, collaborating with physicians and a broader care team to support patients across all care stages.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold an active RN license in the practice state (multi-state licensure acceptable).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of practice; multi-state licensure acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate patient care; educate patients and families; participate in triage and nursing interventions.
