Solutions By Sanford in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to plan, implement and evaluate care for patients across preventive, acute, and chronic settings in a travel staffing role.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an unencumbered RN license (state or multistate). A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Cares for patients across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, perform patient assessment, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
