Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND to provide patient-centered care across the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care, and ensure safe, effective care in multiple phases of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.

The ideal candidate holds an unencumbered RN license, BSN preferred, and demonstrates competency across required certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
• Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care following the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate patient care across all phases.
• Ensure adherence to Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies.
