Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our travel staffing team serving facilities in the Fargo region. The RN will use the nursing process to provide individualized care and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and care coordination within state standards, with emphasis on underserved communities. Requires an unencumbered RN license and multistate licensure if applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plans and coordinates care, conducts patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practices within the scope/standards of nursing as per state regulations and professional ethics.
