Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Fargo, ND. The RN will deliver individualized care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and coordinating care across disciplines. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an unencumbered RN license; Bachelor's in nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license with state board; multi-state licensure in NLC states acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
