Solutions by Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel staffing assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The RN will apply the nursing process to deliver individualized care, collaborating with physicians and a care team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care across the continuum.

The role emphasizes coordination of care, patient assessment, education, triage, and adherence to nurse practice standards. A valid RN license and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditation bodies.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board where practice occurs.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient assessment, education, triage and other nursing interventions.
