Solutions By Sanford in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our travel staffing team. You will provide individualized nursing care across the full scope of practice, coordinating with physicians and other professionals.

The role emphasizes patient assessment, education, triage and care planning. Requires an accredited nursing program graduate and an active RN license; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate license if applicable.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient assessment, triage and education throughout the patient journey.
