Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a High Risk OB unit, with at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.

The role requires active TN or compact RN license, BLS, NRP, and specific fetal monitoring credentials. A 6-week travel assignment with night shifts and travel housing benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Active TN or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN) required, intermediate or advanced, or NCCEFM.
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) card, Advanced 9th Edition, from the AAP.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in High Risk OB.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start.

Responsibilities

• Work in the High Risk OB department of a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• 6-week assignment length.
• Provide direct patient care to high-risk obstetric patients.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted.
• First-time travelers may be considered if they meet experience requirements.
