Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring AWHONN fetal monitoring and NRP certification. The role is a 13-week assignment in North Carolina with a 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM schedule and a housing allowance.

Candidates must hold an active NC or compact RN license, BLS, AWHONN/NCC EFM, NRP, and have at least 1 year of L&D experience, with no 90-day gaps in the last year. Local candidates are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (NC or compact)
• BLS from AHA or ARC with no expiring certs in first 30 days
• AWHONN fetal monitoring certification (Intermediate/Advanced) or NCC EFM
• NRP (Advanced 9th Edition) card
• Minimum 1 year L&D experience
• No gaps in work history >90 days in past year

Responsibilities

• Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with a 6:45 AM–7:15 PM schedule
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• No local candidates will be accepted under any circumstances

• AWHONN fetal monitoring certification required (Intermediate or Advanced) or NCC EFM certification
• Current NRP card (Advanced 9th Edition) from the American Academy of Pediatrics required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery required
• No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with a scheduled shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
• No local candidates will be accepted under any circumstances
