Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 1 year of L&D experience and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.

The role offers a 14-week travel assignment with a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Travelers must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility and may be considered if they are first-time travelers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in TX or compact state.
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Fetal Monitoring certification required (Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN, or NCCEFM).
• NRP certification required, Advanced 9th Edition.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience required.
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit.
• 14-week travel assignment.
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Provide skilled nursing care within a Labor & Delivery department.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position.
• First-time travelers may be considered.
