Responsibilities

Perform holistic ongoing assessments and evaluate discharge planning needs.
Document care, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
Educate patients and families on relevant health information.
Delegate and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel.
Collaborate with the healthcare team and participate in performance improvement processes.
Maintain a clean and safe environment per hospital and unit policies.

Must float as a sitter and may float in rotation
