Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week day shift assignment in Virginia. The role requires active VA–compact licensed RN, at least 1 year of L&D experience, and current BLS. Fetal monitoring via AWHONN/NCCEFM and NRP Advanced 9th Edition are required. Housing and travel reimbursements available for eligible candidates.

7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shifts, outside a 50-mile radius from the facility; references may be state-dependent.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in VA or compact (state license accepted).
• Minimum 1 year of recent L&D experience.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC, not expiring within first 30 days.
• Intermediate/advanced AWHONN or NCCEFM fetal monitoring certification required.
• NRP Advanced 9th Edition certification required.
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months.
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration.
• Professional reference requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• 13-week assignment with day shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted.
