American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery/LDRP travel assignment in the United States. The position requires FL or compact RN licensure and prior L&D, postpartum, nursery, and Mother/Baby experience.

The assignment spans 13 weeks with a day shift (7a-7p) and may involve floating to other units based on facility needs. Candidates must meet licensure and certification requirements (BLS, ACLS, NRP; PALS within 30 days) and have AHCA clearance for FL placement.

Competenze

• Active FL or compact RN license
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
• PALS required, may be obtained within 30 days of start
• AWHONN preferred, can be completed onsite
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Prior experience in postpartum, nursery, and Mother/Baby care required
• AHCA required for FL placement
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of start

• Delegate care priorities and provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing continuing education
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for the travel position
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Candidates with gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months will not be considered
• Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible for consideration
