Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift position in New Hampshire. The role requires NH or Compact RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1.5 years of recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience.

The Labor & Delivery unit features four labor rooms, one operating room, maternity facilities, hydrotherapy, a nursery for infant testing, and a negative pressure room. Night shifts are 12 hours, with 48 hours per week, and travel housing and licensure

Qualifications

• Active NH RN license or Compact RN license required
• Proof of state residency required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent L&D experience required
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required

Responsibilities

• Labor & Delivery unit featuring four labor rooms, one operating room, and separate postpartum facilities
• Unit offers hydrotherapy for labor pain management
• Includes a nursery for infant testing and post-resuscitation care
• Unit has its own negative pressure room
• Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts
• 48 hours per week
• Provide labor and delivery nursing care including pain management support and infant care
• Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
• Local candidates are not accepted for this position
