Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for Labor and Delivery in a hospital setting in Pennsylvania, requiring combined L&D and Mother Baby experience and a PA or Compact RN license. Day shift 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with every other weekend and holiday. You will care for labor, delivery, and mother-baby patients using Meditech EMR and provide comprehensive nursing care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (PA or Compact)
• Current BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications
• STABLE certification recommended
• L&D and Mother Baby experience required
• Experience in Labor and Delivery and Mother Baby units

Responsibilities

• Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting
• Care for labor, delivery, and mother-baby patients
• Day shift 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Work every other weekend and holiday
• No block scheduling; no on-call
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Provide comprehensive nursing care across labor, delivery, and postpartum mother-baby stages

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring combined L&D and Mother Baby experience along with a PA or compact RN license.

Requirements

• Active RN license (PA or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN)
• STABLE certification recommended
• Previous Labor and Delivery experience required
• Previous Mother Baby experience required

Responsibilities

• Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting
• Care for both labor and delivery patients as well as mother and baby patients
• Day shift schedule (3x12 hours), 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Required to work every other weekend and holiday
• No block scheduling available
• No on-call requirements
• Uses Meditech EMR system
• Provide comprehensive nursing care across labor, delivery, and postpartum mother-baby stages
• ASAP start available
