Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a critical care unit in a Massachusetts hospital. The role requires a MA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and at least 2 years of ICU/CCU experience. Epic EMR proficiency is required.

The night shift runs 7p–7a with 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week (48 hrs). RTO up to 7 days is allowed; local candidates within 50 miles are considered at a reduced rate.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required (MA Temp License accepted).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU/CCU experience required.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Critical Care unit in a hospital setting.
• Patient population includes trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, medically unstable, and cardiac patients.
• Acutely ill patients requiring Q1H or more frequent monitoring, assessment, and interventions.
• Night shift schedule, 7p-7a, 12-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week (48 hrs/week).
• No on-call requirements.
• Uses Epic EMR.
• Provide critical care nursing to acutely ill patients requiring frequent monitoring and intervention.
• Blue scrubs recommended though no specific color is required.
• Medical and religious COVID exemptions accepted if included at time of consideration.
• RTO limited to no more than 7 days during the assignment.
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate within 50 miles of the facility.
• Previous permanent staff are not eligible to return as travelers at this facility.
