Qualifications

• Active WI or compact RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent relevant ICU/PCU experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• At least 1 completed travel contract preferred.
• Not eligible if employed by the facility within the last 12 months.
• Valid driver's license required for consideration.
• One supervisory reference required at time of consideration.
• Skills checklist completed within the past year required.

Responsibilities

• Resource Pool/Float position covering ICU and PCU units.
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Every other weekend required.
• No on-call requirements.
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Uses Epic EMR.
• Contribute professional clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Facility is a Level 3 trauma center.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility for full travel rate eligibility, though local candidates may be accepted with a 10% rate reduction.
• Holiday coverage required, including working 2 of 3 major winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving).
• Limited time-off requests accepted during peak holiday periods.
• First-time travelers may be considered if minimum experience requirements are met.
