American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in the Fredericksburg area. Must have at least one year of home health experience and OASIS proficiency.

VA or Compact RN license and hands-on BLS are required. HCHB EMR experience is preferred, orientation provided if needed. The role covers a 50-mile radius from the Fredericksburg office with a day shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) and periodic weekend calls.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Virginia or Compact.
• Current BLS certification required (hands-on).
• Minimum one year of Home Health nursing experience.
• OASIS experience or training required.
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) EMR experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult patients in a home health setting in the Fredericksburg area.
• Day shift, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Requires working one weekend per month with comp time adjustment during the week.
• Call responsibilities; details to be discussed during interview.
• HCHB EMR training provided during orientation if needed.

• Tablet and phone hardware provided for use during assignment.
