AdventHealth StaffFlex nurses are invited to join a flexible nursing pool serving AdventHealth facilities across multiple locations in Florida. You can work day shifts, nights, and weekends with seasonal opportunities and direct assignments, avoiding third-party agencies.

You will rotate through ED, PCU, ICU and Med/Surg units with competitive pay and guaranteed hours. This role supports work-life balance while delivering compassionate patient care across the AdventHealth system.

Qualifications

• Requires high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient care and revise plans.
• Basic computer skills; navigate Windows-based programs.
• Fluency in English (read, verbal and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking appropriate to patient level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data.
• Conducts ongoing patient assessments and develops evidence-based care plans.
