AdventHealth StaffFlex nurses are invited to join a team delivering care across multiple units at one or several facilities. You can choose day, night or weekend shifts, with travel assignments possible within the system, and a path to permanent staff roles.

Roles target 36 hours per week with competitive premium pay. Location is Rome, GA, with partnerships across AdventHealth facilities to support flexible, mission-driven care.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure and nursing degree.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking required.
• Proficient with basic computer/Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking and documents patient data timely.
• Develops evidence-based care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administers prescribed meds and ensures patient safety.
