AdventHealth StaffFlex nurses provide high-quality care across facilities in Florida, including Kissimmee. You’ll work flexible contract assignments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold patient safety and regulatory standards.

Travel between units or hospitals across states is possible, with guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and opportunities to transition to permanent staff if desired. RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to assess patient health data and revise care plans accordingly.
• Basic computer skills to navigate Windows programs.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health data and document findings.
• Develop individualized care plans aligned with goals.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Communicate with patients, families and staff to ensure care continuity.
