AdventHealth StaffFlex nurses are sought for full-time bedside nursing roles across multiple facilities in the system. The positions offer Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts, with contract assignments that can convert to permanent staff if desired.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• 2+ years nursing experience in acute hospital setting
• BLS CPR certification required; TNCC preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking and assesses patient needs.
• Collects and documents patient health data.
• Develops and implements evidence-based plans of care.
• Administers medications and treatments per orders.
• Ensures safe handoff communication and documentation.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
