AdventHealth StaffFlex nurses are valued team members who can work contract assignments at one facility or float within multiple hospitals in 9 states. The program offers flexible shifts, guaranteed hours, and direct AdventHealth employment with opportunities to convert to permanent staff.

Requirements include an RN license, 2+ years acute care experience, and strong clinical skills. The role provides Day and Night shifts across Shawnee Mission, Lenexa City Center, and South Overland Park.

Qualifications

• RN license/certification required for state of practice.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in acute hospital settings.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate Windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking and clinical judgment in patient care.
