Job summary

AdventHealth in Rome, Georgia is hiring StaffFlex RNs for day shifts across multiple units. These positions offer flexible contract assignments, potential to convert to permanent staff, and guaranteed hours within AdventHealth facilities.

Shifts include Day, Nights and Weekends with competitive pay rates. Nurses must have 2+ years of acute-care experience, RN license, and BLS; TNCC preferred. Travel within system may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license and be in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• BLS certification required; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking and assesses patient level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data timely and accurately.
• Performs nursing interventions per plan of care and documents actions.
• Collaborates with team for patient admissions, discharges, transfers.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
