American Traveler is hiring an experienced ER RN for the Emergency Department in Utah. The position requires a UT or compact RN license and at least 2 years of ER experience, with ACLS, BLS, TNCC/ENPC, PALS and CPI certifications. A 13-week assignment includes 36 hours per week with 4 weekend shifts.

You will cover the Main ED and two Free-Standing EDs with 4:1 ratios, using Epic EMR. Dress code is Caribbean Blue scrubs; candidates must live over 50 miles away.

Qualifications

• Active UT license or compact RN license in hand at time of consideration
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC, and CPI
• No gaps in work history totaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration

Responsabilités

• Cover Main ED (32 beds) and two Free-Standing EDs (10 and 12 beds) within a hospital setting
• 4:1 patient ratios supported by team nursing, paramedics, EMTs, and unit secretary
• Procedures include intubation, chest tubes, and central lines
• Use Epic EMR for documentation
• 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Requires 4 weekend shifts within each 4-week period
• Floating limited to between Main ED and FSED locations
• No on-call requirements
• Deliver attentive, courteous patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
• Caribbean Blue scrubs required; reside more than 50 miles away from facility

• Floating limited to between the Main ED and FSED locations only
• No on-call requirements
• Provide emergency care across main ED and free-standing ED units with a focus on multitasking and flexibility
• Deliver attentive, courteous patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
• Caribbean Blue scrubs required as part of the facility dress code
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
