Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring WA or compact RN licensure and current TNCC and NIHSS certifications.

Night shifts, 12-hour blocks (1830–0700), total 36 hours per week with opportunities to pick up extra shifts. RTO must be pre-approved; located near Pacific Northwest beaches and Olympic National Forest.

Qualifications

• Active WA state RN license or multi-state compact license required.
• Must complete approved 4-hour suicide prevention training.
• Verification of demographics from Nursys required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience required.
• Prior Emergency Department nursing experience and knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Department setting.
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 1830-0700.
• 36 hours per week with ability to pick up extra shifts.
• Knowledge of Meditech helpful but not required.
• Must be a strong team player.
• RTO must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract, with full availability for scheduling otherwise.
