Job summary

ConnectedHealth is seeking a Travel RN for a 13-week Day Shift assignment in Dubuque, IA, to provide compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will assess residents, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

A Iowa RN license, CPR, ACLS, and BLS are required, with at least one year of LTC experience; housing or travel benefits are

Qualifications

Valid registered nurse (RN) license in Iowa
CPR, ACLS and BLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
Ability to work day shifts (6a-6p)
Excellent communication skills and reliable transportation or housing arrangements

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents during day shifts (6a-6p).
Assess residents' health status, administer medications, and document care accurately.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor residents for changes in condition, respond to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe environment with policy compliance
