Travel RN - Day Shift - Skilled Nursing/LTC for a 13-week assignment in Dubuque, Iowa. Provide compassionate nursing care in a long-term care setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain compliance with facility policies.
Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents during day shifts (6a-6p).
Assess residents' health status, administer medications, and document care accurately and timely.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor residents for changes in condition, respond to emergencies, and elevate concerns appropriately.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations.
Valid registered nurse (RN) license or equivalent in the state of Iowa.
CPR certification.
ACLS certification.
BLS certification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
Ability to work day shifts (6a-6p).
Excellent communication skills.

You hold a valid Iowa RN license with certifications. You have at least one year LTC nursing experience. You can work day shifts and communicate effectively
