American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position in New Jersey. Active NJ or compact RN license is required along with BLS and ACLS certifications; CCRN is strongly preferred.

The role involves a 7p-7a PM shift, 36 hours weekly, and floating to nearby facilities as needed. EPIC charting and collaboration with the care team are essential. Local candidates are welcomed.

Formación

• Active NJ or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CCRN certification strongly preferred
• At least 1 year of Critical Care experience as an RN in a hospital setting required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Responsabilidades

• Work in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting
• PM shift schedule of 7p-7a, 3 shifts per week, 36 hours weekly
• Uses EPIC for charting
• Floating required as needed, including to a nearby sister hospital
• No on-call responsibilities
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team through a Shared Governance model to promote evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Demonstrate strong communication and computer skills
