AdventHealth in Burleson, Texas is seeking a StaffFlex Respiratory Therapist for PRN day shifts. The role involves delivering respiratory therapies, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting care per protocols across neonatal to geriatric populations. Licensure: NBRC credentials, BLS, and RRT/CRT required.

The position offers guaranteed hours within AdventHealth facilities and potential conversion to permanent staff. Schedule: 36 hours per week. Pay: $53.10/hr.

Formación

• Associate degree in respiratory care.
• NBRC credential required for continued role eligibility; RRT/CRT licensure required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers routine respiratory treatments and continuous respiratory therapy.
• Monitors, instructs, and coaches patients before, during, and after treatment delivery.
• Reevaluates patient/ventilator interface every four hours and responds to alarms.
• Initiates and maintains mechanical ventilation and determines ventilator settings.
