Job summary

Fastbreak AI is hiring a friendly Customer Support Representative to assist teams, families and guests who book hotel stays through Fastbreak Travel. This temp-to-hire role is based at our Charlotte, NC headquarters and requires you to handle reservations with care and accuracy.

You will answer calls, help guests book, modify or cancel stays, and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
• Friendly, patient and professional phone presence.
• Comfortable learning new software and navigating multiple systems.
• Hotel, travel or sports industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from guests about hotel reservations.
• Help guests book, modify and cancel reservations through the Fastbreak Travel platform.
• Answer questions about hotel options, rates, policies and booking requirements.
• Troubleshoot reservation issues and escalate complex problems.
• Document every call and reservation change in our systems.
• Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Rotating emergency phone schedule participation as needed.
