Fastbreak AI seeks a friendly, dependable Customer Support Representative to assist teams, families and guests booking hotel stays through Fastbreak Travel. You will be the voice on the phone for guests making, changing or asking about reservations, helping them settle in for events.

This role has potential to be a temp-to-hire position, based at our Charlotte, NC headquarters. Previous hospitality or travel experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a friendly, patient and professional phone presence.
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Comfortable learning new software and navigating multiple systems.

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound calls from guests about hotel reservations (30-50 calls per day).
• Help guests book, modify and cancel reservations through the Fastbreak Travel platform.
• Answer questions about hotel options, rates, policies and booking requirements.
• Troubleshoot reservation issues and resolve complex problems.
• Document every call and reservation change in our systems.
• Follow up with guests to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Participate in rotating emergency phone schedule as needed.
