Job summary

Grant Aviation is an Alaska-based regional carrier with bases across Bethel, Emmonak, Dillingham, King Salmon, Cold Bay, Dutch Harbor, Kenai, and Anchorage. We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle reservations for baggage and cargo, resolve issues, process payments, and manage reports while interacting with customers in person, by email, and by phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to lift approximately 20 pounds.
• Must live on the road system near our location.

Responsibilities

• Book reservations for passengers' baggage and cargo.
• Resolve customer service issues.
• Process payments in varying forms.
• Process various reports and perform data input.
• Interact with customers in person, by email and/or over the phone.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
