Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an Experienced Lead Engineer Technician to upgrade the video management system (VMS) at DoD facilities worldwide. You will lead on-site installation, configure VMS, and troubleshoot hardware and software with a team, traveling up to 90% and providing customer training.

The role requires US citizenship, ability to obtain a CAC, and willingness to work extended hours as needed in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with VMS and server hardware setup and configuration.
• Ability to lead and mentor technicians on site.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time (CONUS & OCONUS).
• Security clearances and background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead server hardware and software setup and VMS configuration on-site.
• Conduct testing and validation of the VMS system.
• Provide on-site training to customers on the VMS.
• Act as primary customer liaison and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Maintain daily status reporting and timekeeping per policies.
