TowerMRL/Advanced Tower Services seeks a Telecommunication Tower Foreman - Level 2 to lead field personnel, coordinate deployments, and ensure safety and quality on telecommunication towers across the United States. The role requires extensive travel, climbing towers, and managing field operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required and preferred additional college exposure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
• Ability to climb towers and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage field staff and coordinate deployments.
• Conduct on-site inspections and surveys, documenting existing conditions.
• Perform tower inspections up to 500+ feet and oversee repairs and upgrades.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance on all sites.
• Maintain field data and complete closeout documentation.
• Travel 95% of the time, with 2–3 week field deployments.
