Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field teams across multiple projects nationwide. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, reviewing scopes, and maintaining safety and quality on site.

You will travel up to 100% of the time, support projects in diverse states, and align with MasTec’s General Building operations. Candidates should have strong scheduling, leadership, and documentation skills, with OSHA knowledge and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 6+ years as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• Experience with schedules, plans, specs, and OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of superintendents, field engineers, and staff; manage permit documents.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and coordinate safety meetings.
• Maintain master schedule, look-ahead planning, and daily logs (Procore).
• Ensure project QA/QC, testing, and inspections; manage site access and traffic.
