Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Superintendent - Logistics for national travel across the United States. You will manage subcontractors, trades, and crews to align with the Master Schedule, ensuring safety, quality, and progress on diverse infrastructure projects.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or Construction Management and 3+ years as a superintendent (or 10+ years without a degree). Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling tools, and Procore is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent; in lieu of degree, 10+ years of work experience.
• Must have project scheduling, planning, organization and document control.
• Superior communication and organization skills, especially when managing subcontractors and inspectors.
• OSHA Certification – In depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) and scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control
• Review and understand subcontractor’s scope of work
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall project safety
• Control project access and traffic
• Tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental
• Coordinate scheduling and records of all testing and certificates
• Coordinate with PM/PCM/PFE regarding project progress and QA/QC
• Create and update 3‑week look ahead schedule and master schedule
• Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore)
• Maintain As Built drawings for final submittal
• Coordinate and schedule project inspections
• Finalize close-out documentation
• Quality control of installed materials and equipment
• Site layout and benchmark control
