Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and a proven track record in high-volume retail construction across California and the western United States. You will document progress with StruXure, read and interpret job plans, supervise up to 140 field personnel daily, and hold frequent client, team,

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role required.
• 3+ years experience building/remodeling in retail, hospitality, fuel stations, open store remodels, fast food; last 5 years
• Able to read construction documents and understand construction methods.
• Proficient with math: area, take-offs; able to calculate square footage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel to complete jobs on schedule and within budget.
• Use StruXure software to document progress and send daily reports to Project Team.
• Read plans 2x daily and inspect progress; coordinate with subcontractors.
• Conduct daily meetings with retail clients, EWB team and inspectors.
• Coordinate all site activities and supervise field personnel (up to ~140 per day).
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance; travel as required.
