Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role.
• 3+ years experience building/remodeling in retail, hospitality, fuel stations or open store remodels within last 5 years.
• Proficient in math, take-off calculations, and reading construction documents.
• Able to read construction documents and knowledgeable in construction methods.
• Proficient with MS Office; StruXure experience is a plus.
• Possession of a valid CA Driver’s License, good driving history, and dependability; background check.
• Current OSHA 10 and CPR certification a plus.
• Willing to travel extensively within California and other project locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds; flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of subcontractors and Eleven Western Builders personnel from start to finish with precision and on schedule.
• Document progress with StruXure and send daily reports to Project Team.
• Read job plans and inspect progress during job walks to coordinate with Sub-Contractors.
• Conduct daily meetings with retail clients, EWB construction team and inspectors.
• Coordinate site construction activities and supervise field personnel up to ~140 per day.
• Create, submit and track RFIs and responses related to change orders.
